Field of Application:

Multilac Gloss enamel is a high quality general purpose alkyd based enamel with very good gloss, flexibility and gloss retention. It can be used on all types of metal and wooden surfaces, also on walls, concrete as well.

Properties: Multilac Gloss is easy to apply. It flows and levels well thus giving a glossy smooth finish.

Technical Data:Basic characteristics at 20 °C Solid Content: approx. 45-50% by weight 

Flash Point: above 65 °C.

Vehicle: Synthetic resin in petrolium solvent.

Degree of Gloss: Min 75 at 20°C angle

Colours: Refer to shade card

Storage: Store at room temperature between 5 C- 48 °C

Safety Advice:

Keep out of the reach of children. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.

Waste Removal: Materials and all related packaging must be disposed of in a safe way in accordance with the full requirements of the local authorities.Particular attention should be made to removing wastage from site in compliance with standard construction site procedures.

Packaging: 200 ml, 500 ml, 1 litre, 4 litres, lithographed cotainers and 200 litres drums.

Application

Method of Application: Preferably by brush or roller. Can also be sprayed. Cleaning of tools: Brush and other tools must be cleaned with soap water immediately.

Covering Capacity: 16-18 Sq.m / litre (depending on surface)

Drying time: Touch dry - 1 hour Hard dry - 8 hours

Suitable Surface and their Preparation The surface must be dry, free from dust and other such separable substances that may prevent good adhesion.

The type of surface-preparation depends on the available surface and it's condition.
